Divine is anything of, from or like God. Expression is the act of expressing in words. It can also be a word or a phrase. Hence, divine expression can be defined as the expression of the will of God. The will of God is His plan for humanity. These forms of expressions are manifested in various different forms. They include divine law, salvation, divine providence, predestination, harmony and eschatology.
Divine law is a type of law enacted by God and made known to man through revelation. According to the Christian religion, this law can be classified into two, the old law and the new law. The old law is contained in the old testament of the bible and is divided into the following categories: civil, moral and ceremonial. The new law is contained in the New Testament and was revealed by Jesus Christ.
Borrowing from the scriptures, salvation can be said to being freed from evil. In the process, you undergo transformation to being free and secure. The freedom is the liberation from sin which is the root cause of evil. Sin has consequences. Salvation in effect, not only frees you from sin but also spares from any consequences that might have resulted from those sins. Salvation involves God's grace which moves your heart to repentance. However, its mans choice between repentance or remaining in sin.
